Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning recently came out to my home to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting throughout my entire home. When they were done, I sent them over to my daughter's home to clean her whole house as well. I have been using the company for about three or four years now. Rich, the owner, usually comes out himself to the job and everything always turns out great! I would never use any other company but this one. The price of the work always seems to be fair. It is the price that I need to pay in order to get the outcome that I want. Rich is always courteous, professional, timely, and calls me if he is ever going to be delayed. He lets me know the approximate time of his arrival and that has always been within the time frame that we had arranged. I am not the type of person to call around to all different companies to compare prices just to save twenty or forty dollars. I would rather pay to have the work done right and I know Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning will always do the job perfectly. I highly recommend using them and as I said before, I would never use any other company but them. Years ago, I saw Rich in his truck driving around with the company name on it. I went straight home and gave them a call and glad that I did. I have used them ever since. I could not possibly suggest any improvements because this company is the best for me!
