This was my first experience with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and I was really impressed by them. I asked them to come out and clean a mattress and and a couple of other items for me. The gentleman who came out did an absolutely great job. But what I really liked most of all was the way he took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and how he was going to get out certain stains. He was just so personable. Most professionals just seem to come in and then rush right out, but not this man. I really appreciate how he treated me. I highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning if you want a professional, yet friendly cleaner!
