This was my third time using Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, and they came on time and did a good job. He's always done a quality job, and my previous experiences with them have been perfect, but this last time I had to remind him about one area he forgot to clean. I brought up the trouble area and he said he would do it, but when I inspected the room after he finished it, I had to tell him that he missed the spot. Other than that he did an excellent job. he's friendly, easy-going, and personable. he works with you to get the job done.
