This was the first time using MasterKleen and I had a few stains that I was very nervous about. I was astounded by the results! They arrived on time and did a thorough job and did not leave until I was totally satisfied. Of all times, my dog had an accident the day after, and I called and they were able to come back in one day to fix that stain....
