I use Rays Auto Body because they do an excellent job. I have been rear-ended three times, so I've taken my car to them three times. They seem to have wonderful relationships with the insurance companies. It makes it effortless to use them, and they do a great job. They are very easy to communicate with. They are accessible and calm about everything. They are purposeful in everything they do. There's not a lot of wasted energy, which is what you want when your car needs fixing.

The only thing is they don't have a facility to rent a car at their location, which means you have to maneuver around to get a car rental. Otherwise they are wonderful, and everything has gone smoothly when I have used them.
