After having some issues at another emergency vet I started taking my little girl to this one early in her life. On February 15, 2022, when she needed attention the most I was "turned away" and given a list of other ER facilities in the area. I was told there was one doctor and one dog that got hit by a car being monitored so they could not even LOOK at my "kid" who had been their patient through many emergencies. I had just spent $1500 for 1.5 days of monitoring in March 2021 (after waiting 4 hours in the lobby to get her in). I ended up taking her to St Francis on Hollywood Blvd. Even though they had one doctor and multiple patients they took the time to look at my "kid" and give me the final diagnosis. It was her last night with us at 18 years old. Really???? You couldn't take 20 minutes to look at her especially since you had her records. Best thing....St Francis didn't even charge me to take my "kid" into their facility and tell me the truth. They even offered their services if things got worse. Won't be taking any more "kids" here nor giving anyone their name as a referral. It's St Francis from now on for me and anyone I know.
