I did hear good things about the Hollywood Hospital wanted to move closer to my home with my dog for vet service with a hospital sounded good took the wellness package .took my dogs there twice for two emergencies got charge the office visit each time which was free because we had the wellness plan. my dog collapsed in my house screaming in pain he is six years old. I took him to Hollywood vet they couldn't find anything wrong with him and put him on an anabiotic and gave some pain pills said they would do lab work I suggested let's see how the pain pills an antibiotic work first since the lab work was over $300 a week later dog was sleeping started yelling in pain out of his sleep I tried to lift him up slowly to see what was wrong he seemed very tight he made it to the end of the bed after a while jumped on his stairs and collapsed on the floor and could not get up there took to the veterinarian office waiting from 2:30 to 6:30 they were going to do the lab work and x-rays they noticed he was hunching up like a cat Doctor said she saw he was in very much pain yeah they did nothing to make him comfortable .started getting angry about 6 o'clock saying my dog needed to be let out of the cage and maybe give him some water and go for a walk too long to wait for nobody saying anything felt like they didn't know what they were doing as if they kept on forgetting about us .well that got their attention the doctor finally came in and explain to me that my dog now has a disease that is caused from the vertebrae's that is common in dogs but most likely unfixable a very saddened by the news next step neurologist got charged $1000 and did not even offer to make my dog comfortable and take the dog out of pain or give him the anti-inflammatory the dog has not eaten in a day and a half or drink anything .and we were told that we could not give him the anti-inflammatory they were going to give us without food but I know it's possible for them to give him a shot either a little painkiller or the anti-inflammatory my dog came home the same when he left looking like he was going to die it was the worst feeling in the world for me right then and there I know that I am not comfortable with this veterinarian place went to a Lotta good places before hand just a little further for me to go I will be looking for a new place that will give my dog the full attention for the price that they would like to charge all the time we have a long road ahead of us starting to go to the neurologist see if this is fixable are he will just be on medicine until it no longer works my suggestion which I should've done was read reviews first before I jumped I went into this place
