unbelievable waste of time and money

I really need some help ….
I drop my car off on May 28, 2019 I spoke with Dan on May 28. he give me a quote to fix my car 2000-2400.00. That will include the 687.00 taking the transmission out. It will take 2-4 day to get it back I was ok with. I would call every day to get a statue on my car the cost no respond so I had to drive up there speak with Beverly I example I need to have an invoice on my car. She said that Dan department. No problem I left the next day. I had to go back up there because no one answer the phone. I need someone tell me something /anything about my car Beverly said the same thing Dan need to call me. Ok now we are on June 3,I need an invoice please. June 4 no invoice Beverly said they will have in 15 min no problem I left she said she will call me when it ready or they will email it. I did not receive a call or email so its 4:45 on June 4 I go back over there for my invoice it’s on the desk great. My total went from 2000-2400 to 4995.00 with 687.00 add to the bill but it should have been include with my total she said Dan will give me a 250.00 rental discount because I had to have a rental for so long that why by total was 4995.00 not sure why I did not understand I total her I would like to speak with Dan. She call Dan he did not want to come to the front of the store so we had to talk on the phone customer service was not great. I have been patiently wait for answers. I had a rental car for 12 days because I had to wait for Dan to tell me something after he said it will take 2-4 days. Every time I get a chance to talk to Dan he said I will email you your total bill. I got his email so I sent him a message so he can email still no email this is on June 5. I just wanted my car back. So I can figure out what I need to do. This customer service is ridicules I have spent so much money just to wait to see what wrong with my car… I talk with Beverly on 6/6/2019. I example I need my call back on Friday please tell Dan for me. I talk with Dan on Friday at 9 clock he said my car will be ready at 3:00 clock I said great I see you at 3:00pm. I call him at 2:47pm before I drove out there to check. He said my car is not ready it will be ready on Saturday @ 11:00am sure no problem thing happen. I make it there on Saturday at 10:57 am Beverly did not know I was coming she was surprise so she call Dan he told her a different story.
I had to pay 802.00 to get by car back Dan did not say anything about that. I’M so disappointed with Aamaco customer service was unbelievable they had my car from May 28- June 8 don’t forget I had a rental car waiting for 14 days that a total of 460.00.
