The Pantego AAMCO Transmissions used to have quality auto service but in the past year, they have gone way downhill. The old manager used to be great and would solve customer issues himself. This new manager, I think his name is Anthony, is asleep in the parking lot whenever I need to speak with him. He makes no attempt to have good customer service. The breaking point for me was when they quoted me 3k for a service and I drove down the road and got it done for $168. It makes me feel like I was way overcharged for every service I got done in the past. I am so disappointed and will never return.
