I went to Metro 24/7 Fitness for a month and had a good experience. Because I live in Downtown Orlando, you really couldn't beat the location. Metro Fitness is easy to get to by car, bike or walking. During the busiest times in the morning and after work, I'd definitely suggest getting there with something other than a car. You might have to look for a space for a while or pay for parking in a local lot.

Metro Fitness advertise $23.95 a month with no other fees so I went in expecting that. When I asked to pay just for one month, it was really $35. If I went for 12 months, then it would be $23.95. I was a little disappointed with that, but I got over it.

Metro Fitness has all the machines you could want - including cardio, weights and free weights. They don't have a sauna, pool or anything like that and are REALLY open 24/7. They have a very good selection of classes including spinning, boot camp, abs, etc.

This is the place to go if you live downtown and want a good gym for a good price.
