I just saw a commercial and had to respond. The ad said that they treat you like family. I don't think so. About a year or so ago my wife was out grocery shopping with our newborn son and she called me at work and told me that one of her tires was almost flat. I naturally told her to go to Bob Lees since she was down the street at Publix. Well maybe 10 minutes later she called back and said that the front desk lady turned her away because they were closing in 15 minutes. I think about that every time I drive by their shop.
