Customer service, friendliness and teamwork sold us.
We recently test drove and leased a Mazda CX-5 from Pearson Mazda at the West Broad location, and while we were impressed with the overall quality and features of the car, it was the people at Pearson that sold us.
Franklin was our salesperson and from the minute we met him, we got along. He was helpful, informative, patient and super accommodating. Franklin made sure we were introduced to every one we came across. And, as a matter of fact, it didn't matter who we ran into, they were always willing to help us with questions. From John (the ex-military and super individual), the floor supervisor (sorry can't remember his name) to Freddy the sales manager, Troy in finance and even James Pearson, everyone was amazing, friendly, and willing to help.
I was told by a Honda salesman that their car sells themselves. Well, the Mazda CX-5 is very close in quality to he CRV-L, handles as well, and the Gran Touring model has more "bells and whistles" than the Honda CRV-L. Additionally, the Pearson team was able to get us a very good lease rate. The Pearson staff made it an exceedingly pleasant and satisfying experience. The car didn't sell itself, the people and team spirit did.
