I knew I needed an inspection, rear brakes and to my surprise a battery. All was handled efficiently and the service department had a loaner car for me which is so helpfu in being able to continue to use Pearson which is not near my home or office. Overall very good service call. I'm satisfied and trust my service rep Judy completely.
