Great product, customer service needs improvement
Nordic Energy Systems provides a really great product, but their customer service needs improvement. They installed a pellet stove for us and the installation went well, my problem is that I can never reach anyone at their store. I feel with the amount of money that I spent on the stove, I should get better follow up from them. They're closed on the weekends, so if you have any issues with their stove, no one is there to help you unless you have someone's direct number.
I've asked them to put me on their email list five times so I can get pellets and they never did. I've also called them three times so I could buy insurance and they never got back to me, so I had to actually go in the store to buy the insurance. I don't think I should have to ask to buy insurance from them since I bought a high priced stove, it should come with the stove or at least be mentioned during the purchase. It was very frustrating.
I will say that they've helped me fix issues with the stove twice over the phone and once in person when they had to come out to my house. I would buy another stove from them because their product is great and the guys are knowledgeable, I just wish I could get a hold of them and that they were opened on the weekends.
