The guys who came were awesome, the customer service on the phone was really good. There was a minor installation problem but as soon as I identified it with the guys from the office they made it right and we were very satisfied.
One other observation after talking to a friend later I found out I could have gotten it for less than half of what I paid. I knew I was paying for premium service and products and was very happy with it but the savings would have been nice.
