They are helpful in giving me the information I need so I can make the best decision. The staff is friendly and courteous. I've always found that they have good range of products I'm looking for. I always have a positive experience and always find something I'm looking for. I've made small and large purchases, no matter if it is large or small they are equally helpful. I like the layout of the store, it is well organized and easy to find what I am looking for. They have great hours and always open when I need them. They had a fantastic sale in January where I bought a wood stove and even though I didn't need it until the summer they stored it for me free of charge!
