I had a fantastic experience with Nordic Energy Systems LTD. We purchased a Napoleon Fireplace from them. Brian was a really good salesman, and was very patient while we made our selection. He made several visits to our home and was never pushy with the sales. He told us we could take up to 5 months, and we could do the installation when we were ready.

We had checked with a competing service before going with Nordic Energy Systems. Brian and the competing salesman had great service with a couple of differences. Brian followed up after his bid, while the other guy didn't, and Brian also made me feel like we had options, while the other salesperson had a "take it or leave it" approach.

Everything is good so far, but I would like it if there was a check up in the future to rate/ see how the fireplace service is going. I would recommend their company.
