I am currently an employee who will be putting in my 4 week notice of resignation. Our managers had a Zoom meeting with the CEO and the directors listing about not receiving a $15 an hour pay wage, especially during the pandemic when no one wanted to work at other houses that had COVID. The CEO and those below him basically refused to acknowledge our complaints, so everyone is leaving. A manager worked for Lifetime for 20 years and has never had a pay increase. This is pathetic, its 2021 and people are looking to go elsewhere like retail and fast food that are paying a much better wage than Lifetime. Other non profit places are offering $15 an hour, but Lifetime refuses, so its best NOT to work here because the company does not back its employees.
