Lifetime Assistance Inc

If you like the idea of sociopaths working around the disabled, then this is the place for you.

What's to say about Lifetime Assistance that is any good? Not much. Like a lot of non-profit companies, Lifetime Assistance is a hellhole for wannabe SJW with an agenda to move a product. What's their product? Your disabled son or daughter, and they pick and choose who they like and don't. They are the most vindictive bunch of leftover, bushiness major wannabes in Rochester. At least at Al Sigl they just ignore you if they don't like you. Biggest irony is that most of the employees don't get paid much better than the people they're helping, so you can imagine the work environment there. Oh boy, and they have been known to retaliate against you if you don't fit there standard. Most of the people there have someone in their families with disabilities, so I don't get how a company that devotes itself to helping people with disabilities "enrich their lives" spend so much time treating them like $@!#%. Why? Money, that's why.

Believe what you want, Glassdoor rates Lifetime Assistance at a 2.7 out of 5, and that's a site for employees.
