I brought my car into the Post Road location. Service is terrible – staff was not very efficient and the owner was more like a used car dealer. had called earlier that morning to ask if they had my tire in stock and how long it would take to have it ready if I came in ASAP. I was told t that it would be a 1-2 hour wait MAX. I brought my car in at 12:30 and paid for four Michelin tires. Was never told about the rebate, walked out the door $600+ more in fees for just tires. Was never asked if I was staying at the store or nearby. I stayed for a little while and went to get food. Called from the food place nearby and asked how soon it was to be done. They said there was about 5 cars in front of me. At that time, it was 3:30 and I was thinking it was done. He replied with "about 2 more hours if that." Needless to say, I came back around 5:00 and my car had not been touched and no customer service rep was able to assist me with my questions till about 5:45. When I did finally talk to the general manager, he said “I am sorry. I will call the office about the rebate.” That took a while itself. Filled out the paperwork and then about 6:25 I check my phone to see that they called me from inside the store to tell me my car was done. Yet they didn't say my name inside their own store after knowing I was just with them talking about my rebate. WOW.. I am seriously second guessing my tires and their service representatives. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU INTEND ON DOING ANYTHING ELSE TONIGHT!
