On Friday I called COIT to clean my very dirty carpet. On Monday their service man called early as planned and we made arrangements for later that morning. He listened to my explanation of the stains and noted the areas that were heavily tracked with dirt. After setting up the shampoo system he worked quickly and did a thorough job. He was very professional, careful and polite. After letting carpets dry completely I can see such an improvement! The carpet is nine years old so cannot look brand new, but the carpet is bright and clean. The high traffic areas no longer have any visible dirt. The stained areas are not noticeable. I am very pleased with COIT and I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!
