I was met at the door when I walked in. Discussed problem, then he took my car back with no waiting. He came back out in a nominal amount of time an explained in detail what the problem was. Because it was going to be a few thousand, with 7/8's of that price as parts, he suggested a couple of things to try first that would be much cheaper. Will try his suggestions, but if they don't work will take my car back to them to be fixed. They have more than earned my confidence through the years.
