Ordered about 20 doors and drawers for our kitchen over the holidays, some of the doors didn't arrive with the rest and so I turned in a ticket and spoke with Crystal. She was very helpful and immediately checked into the order and made sure I was taken care of. Also, I wasn't sure about the quality of the hinges, however they were all Blum, great quality and price.
