Not Happy at all!!

My old plain inset arched doors are not what I need for my bath redo--too formal. So I ordered doors with a bead inset--perfect for my new coastal style bath. When they arrived today they are not beaded at all--just a plain flat inset. I checked again at my order details--definitely ordered beaded--no mistake. They are going to be returned for a full refund. As for reordering from this company, I highly doubt it.

I see that you requested your doors with beaded center.
Typically, we just require a picture to show the order is wrong so we can remake it.
In this case, we are happy to issue the remake without a picture.
Just reply to the email we are sending you, to confirm you want these doors remade and we’ll get them on the rush line to ship in 5-7 days.
Or if you prefer refund, proceed to send us a picture so we can show production that it was received incorrectly so we can pursue your refund.
