I ordered three doors and three drawer fronts for a vacation condo. When they arrived I did a quick check to make sure the order was correct. They were the correct size and the two I looked at looked great. I didn't notice slight damage to the finish on the back of the other door. Several weeks later I went down to install them and noticed the damage. I had already taken the old doors off and sanded/ painted the cabinet so I decided to mount them as they were, but took a picture of the damage and sent to them so they had a record of it. I didn't expect anything more from them, since it had been several months since I had order the doors and had already mounted them. I was ok with that because the damage was minor and on the back,a and the finished installation looked OK. However, they contacted me and insisted on replacing the door at no charge to me. Wow! That is customer service. I will definitely keep thier contact info and use them again. Thanks Crystal!
