The cabinets and drawers arrived on time and out of the 32 doors/drawers only one was damaged as a result of shipping. When I contacted them a new door was shipped immediately and I received it within the week. I did not have to return the other door which would have been a hassle. The quality was great. I love my new kitchen, and everyone that comes to my house also loves the new cabinets!
