I have only asked for samples at thisnpoint and has been a UGE run around
After three phone calls and several emails I still have not received any samples that were supposedly "rushed." I would not usually continue to do business with a company after this treatment, however my carpenter recommend them. I will do an update to my review win and if my samples arrive. Considering my first email was sent first week of Dec and I need my cubards done before wedding rehearsal supper at my home Feb 7th. So I will be actively be looking for alternatives...
