I placed a small sample order of RTF doors and received it in just under 3 weeks. Quality was very good, well packaged, and the prices were decent. Website is easy to use and pricing is up front and easy to get. Overall much better than trying to deal with the big box stores.

I soon placed the full order for all of my doors. After 3 weeks and no sign of them shipping I began to email. Sent email on Thursday requesting update. Did not receive a reply until Tuesday but it just said that they were looking into it. No further response so I emailed back on Thursday and again asked for update. Did not get a response back until Sunday saying that a couple pieces had to be remade which would still take another 5-7 days. Emailed back again after 8 days and did not get a reply back for another 8 days by which time the order had arrived.

I did try calling and each time I got messages that either no one was available or that the office was closed (apparently only open 4 days/week). I also tried live chat and was hung up on several times after asking for an update. Finally go thru on the phone on the day the order had finally shipped.

Overall it took a total of 6 weeks to get my order.

They need to respond to emails in a timely manner and have someone available to take calls/live chat.
