I've been to this Wheel Works several times to get my tires changed, and I've never had a bad experience. Occasionally, they take longer than originally stated, but never more than half an hour. Los Gatos is a nice area to walk around anyway. The service is somewhat friendly, although they tend to be busy and sometimes will not engage in conversation.
