When I was looking for a lawyer for my out of state case, it was certainly stressful. I called many different offices in the Tallahassee area. Most of them had secretaries that told me to make an appointment and were just rude. I called Mr. Smiley's office and in minutes he was on the phone with a plan to get exactly what I wanted out of my child custody/support case. He was easy to get a hold of whenever I needed advice or an update on the case. He fought for my child and I and we walked away very pleased!! I will definitely hire and recommend Mr. Smiley.
