Usually I have great service while registering in the ER area for MRI testing but this evening, August 29th@7:30pm, my spouse and I experienced the rudest receptionist. I was to get an MRI and Xrays this particular evening. We asked the receptionist if we could get the Xrays either before or after my MRII and she said yes, but you'll have to wait in the ER with everyone else that's being seen in the ER. So, my spouse and I asked the two nice girls in the ER registration if we'd have to go through the ER to get our Xrays that I needed and had the orders in my hand. Both girls said we need to go back to the person that registered us for the MRI. The one girl from ER registration walked over with us to the girl that registered us for the MRI, and the MRI registration girl even got a bit dismissive with her co worker from ER registration. Just not very professional in the least.

In short, whomever the girl was at the MRI registration, near the ER entrance, should be placed in a cubicle and out of the public eye because she's just so very rude!
