when i was getting prepared for an MRI the ones assisting me failed to let me know to lift my feet and I already have trouble with my left side and they pushed me through carelessly andit hurt my left foot more than it already is. They didn't seem to care either. needs to improve in patient care, empathy, and communication skills. I better not have that experience ever again! and hopefully no one else don't.
