Tom came out late afternoon, assessed the problem, gave us an estimate and the following morning starting working on it. Tom explained in detail what the problem could be, and until they pulled the pipe up out of the well they would not know exactly. The problem was what he had expected and explained to us. The project was completed by early afternoon. We could not be happier with his service. Highly recommend for any plumbing service.
