I needed the Dryer Duct cleaned, and thankfully also decided to have the house ducts cleaned, and Troy did a wonderful job with a difficult situation. With a very narrow stairway, he cheerfully got his large, powerful equipment down the stairs, and replaced a long piece of Duct that was clogged badly with sticky Lint, etc. Now we feel confident that we made a very good decision to have this done.
Troy was extremely polite and sensitive to any concerns we had, and was so pleasant to have around. He's completely professional, and we're grateful for a job well done.
