This was my first time using Polar Express Heating and Air, I think I heard about them from an ad on the radio. They totally went above and beyond the call of duty. I have a very, very old furnace that has never been properly maintained. The technicians, Mitch and Troy, dismantled the 200-pound monster to figure out what was wrong with it. They were so professional and nice during the entire process. They got the work done and I am so happy!
