I have been using Austin Plumbing/Polar express for several years now and have always been extremely satisfied with all the service providers I have worked with. Recently I had an add on piece of equipment installed on my furnace. As always, I knew the price before any work was started. Unfortunately there was a problem but they (and Todd) stood by their work and finally figured out the problem was with the new piece of equipment. This did take a few visits but the problem was solved at no additional cost to me. I always like working with and am extremely satisfied with this company. I can always trust that I will know my cost before any work is started and that they stand behind all their services.
