On Friday early afternoon I discovered a pin hole leak on my plumbing line in the basement. I called Austin plumbing to see if I could get someone to come out that day. However, no one was available during regular hours. If I wanted someone to come after hours the service fee would have been almost 3 times the normal fee. They could send someone early Monday morning. After considering what I could do to contain the leak I decide to wait until Monday.

Pete arrived early Monday morning. His friendly introduction put me at ease as he entered the house. After reviewing what needed to be done, Pete provide a cost estimate for the job which was a little higher than I expected. Going ahead with the work, Pete did an excellent job of taking care of the problem explaining the issue and what he did to solve the problem. I was comfortable with Pete and would highly recommend him for servicing any plumbing issues.
