Todd came over for my yearly air conditioner tune-up. I had clothes in the dryer - he noticed my dryer exhaust pipe was plugged. He cleaned both my dryer and furnace exhaust pipes outdoors for me - without me asking. WOW - what great service!! Been using Polar Express/Austin Plumbing for about 8 years - will continue to use and also recommend to anyone needing plumbing/heating/air conditioner service!! Five stars all of the way!!
