I returned from a business trip and was informed by my wife there was no hot water. I called Austin Plumbing the next morning and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours.

Jasen was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the water heater in a few hours and when I went to the basement to inspect it was like he was never there - i.e. everything clean, orderly and operating properly. Today is Friday so thankful we did not have to wait until Monday for the replacement.
