Used Polar Express in the past for furnace tune-up, that experience was top notch! Since my experience was outstanding with my furnace I decided to call for my central air unit. Chad, Service Rep and Installer, came out to review my current (very old unit - 27 yrs old), he presented all options as to "saving my old unit" and cost associated with it. Then he professionally gave me options of new replacement units. He was extremely thorough with explanation of equipment options and replacement cost. Chad is an "all star" player for Polar Express, very polite, professional, efficient with installation, cleanliness during and once completed. I can't say enough kind words about my experience with Polar Express and with Chad!! I will recommend them to all friends and family!
