I had a tune up/ inspection on the furnace & air conditioner of a older home. Chad came for the inspection and went through everything very thoroughly. Sad to say that the air conditioner was very old and needed to be replaced. Chad explained why this needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He gave me a couple options for the replacement a/c unit. And gave me a price before he left. The installers, Eric and another technician
( sorry, i didn't get his name) were already well into the job by the time I got to the house..they were friendly, courteous and very helpful in answering ant questions I had. It was a very warm day and I really felt bad that they needed to go up into the attic space..but they never complained, it was all just part of the professional service that you get with Polar Express. Thank you both for bearing the heat and getting the new a/c installed and running!
