I had a water heater replaced today by Austin Plumbing and Polar Express Heating and Air. I appreciated them for their promptness, efficiency, and cleanliness. They did what they said they would do and they were on time. They got here at quarter to 8 left at 1 PM. The price was in the ballpark, I got another estimate after I got one from them. You really can't live without a water heater, so it's worth what it costs. They say what they're gonna do and spell everything out to you. The plumber was very cooperative, friendly, and informative. They answered all my questions, called the day before coming out to make sure it was still a "go". That's the kind of service you want.
