My wife and I were in need of plumbing services from Austin Plumbing & Polar Express Heating and Air of Waukesha. We had read the excellent reviews and figured we'd give them a shot for an under sink pipe rebuild and clean out for a slow drain.
To say we were impressed would be an understatement! Pete was our technician and I've never met a more professional, polite and knowledgeable individual! He went above and beyond what the majority of people do these days: taking time to explain our options and pricing before beginning the project! He thoroughly answered every question and walked us through the process with absolutely no pressure whatsoever!
His worksmanship and effort were outstanding and Pete is well deserving of a 5 star rating!!
