This isn't the first time I used Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. Both times, I was very happy with the results. The new garage doors look good and work well. I have a nineteenth-century house and an equally old garage that present special challenges of uneven floors and walls. But Greg from Overhead Door was able to accommodate those quirks. My only complaint is that the order form I filled out was a little confusing. At least it was confusing for me to fill out accurately. I only ordered one motor for two doors, even though I knew I wanted two. The inaccuracy cost me a little time but the job got done. The miscommunication was easily resolved by Greg after we talked. I also liked the fact that he was able to re-use a motor from the last installation rather than toss it out. I met the installers and they were nice guys. They were efficient and good workers. The new garage doors are a good product and look nice.
