This was not my first time using the Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. They installed the garage door 25 years ago and when I started having problems recently with it I saw their logo was still on the door. I gave them a call and they were able to set up an appointment quickly. I was pleased to know they are still in business, too many businesses open and are gone within a few years, so it was nice to know they are still around after 25 years. The technician who came out was very fast, good and personable. The garage door had been jerking and that also messed up the light in the garage. I was thinking I would have to call an electrician after the garage door was fixed but the technician from Overhead looked at it and was able to fix it for me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time and went to work right away. He did his assessment quickly then took the time to explain his findings to me. He also let me know what he would do to fix it and took the time to answer the questions I had for him. He was respectful of my property and he was very cordial. I will both use and recommend Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc.!
