I have used Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. for maybe eight to ten years now. They originally hung my overhead door, and they have come out maybe two to three times to service it over that period. They always do a great job. Their workers are very timely, courteous, and professional. They do a really good job communicating with me over the phone. Once I had a problem, and they worked me through several suggestions on how I might resolve it. Those suggestions did not work, and they had a man here bright and early the next day to fix it for me. I call that super timely, and I really appreciated Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc.'s quick response!
