Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. is absolutely amazing! Back in September or October, the motor on the garage door failed so my husband called Overhead to come out and install a new motor. We have used them for years and they have always taken care of the doors. Well, the technician had to leave for something and come back and while he was gone my husband had written him a check and a little note and intended on paying him before he left that day. My husband did not get him paid that day and he soon passed away. It is now January and as I am going through papers and things I find an envelope with Overhead Door written on it with the check still inside. I had not paid them! I immediately called them and let them know that I had the check and that I would pay it right away. They were so kind to me! I cannot tell you how relieved I was to be treated with such respect! They told me not to worry about it at all! Recently I had to have a technician come out and show me how to work the manual option on the opener and I have to tell you he was most patient and kind. He absolutely treated me with the utmost respect and patience! I cannot say enough good about these people and their treatment as you are family and not just a number in their system!
