I have used Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. several times before. I recently had them out to my residence to repair an overhead garage door that was not working correctly. Everything turned out great. I have to say I really like their Customer Service. For two reasons I like them, one being that when you call to schedule, they often cannot come out that same day. Secondly, they will give you a call later in the day if they do have enough time...they go out of their way to fit you in. I particularly thought it was wonderful that the last technician who came out took the time to see if the project was covered under warranty. I felt they will not do extra work just to make money off you. They seem to be very trustworthy and honest, and that is something I cannot say about too many companies these days. So it is quite a compliment about them. Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc.'s rates seems to be very reasonable too. I always recommend them to everyone. I will definitely keep using them.
