I contacted Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. mainly because I could not reach anyone at the Ithica office. I have been using Overhead Door for just about eight years. It was my first time using the Cortland branch, but it was very favorable. It was amazing that they were able to replace parts that had rusted out without having to replace the whole door. It came out perfect! They are very nice people. I gave a call and the Estimator came out within two days. About two days after that, they were back out to do the work. To new customers I would tell them...USE THEM! I strongly recommend them.
