We initially hired Overhead Door Company of Cortland to install our new garage door a couple years ago and everything went very smoothly. They arrived on-time and talked us through the process, letting us know exactly what we should expect during the installation. Working with the installation team was great, they were very friendly, respectful of our property, and clearly very experienced. Our garage door was running very well for the last few years but recently we ran into a small issue. We gave them a call and they were able to quickly come out and diagnose the problem. They explained the details of the repair to us, got everything fixed, and went on their way. I will definitely be keeping their number in my phonebook for any future problems we may encounter.
